Cancellation Policy:
HourBlast has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class time to avoid being charged. This applies to all packages including the monthly unlimited package. Monthly unlimited clients will be charged the cost of a single class. Clients using packages will have a class deducted from their package.
The late cancellation policy also applies to your first class!
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used at the location where they are purchased.
Late Policy:
As a courtesy to the instructor and other clients, we ask that you (preferably) arrive 10-15 minutes early or on time to class. If you are late to class, it is HourBlasts policy that your spot can be given away to someone waiting at the gym. If you do arrive late we will refund the class, but you will not be able to participate in class once your spot has been given away.
